Premier League Coming.
3 more days to hear the dispute of the soccer fans crying out loud and cheering for their individual teams~! Which is the best watch team for this season 08/09. Yes, dear... I know i told u i don't watch soccer, but I watch the news and get a bit excited and thrilled about the scores. LOL...
Anyway, which is the best watch team? I would suggest Tottenham, Porthsmouth and Sunderland.
Let's take a look at the Pompey signings.
Peter Crouch (Liverpool, £11m), Glen Little (Reading, free), Ben Sahar (Chelsea, season loan), Younes Kaboul (Tottenham, undisclosed)
Signing of Crouch is what I think a waste of time because of his robot dance in the world cup, i am still irritated by his face. LOL... For Glen Little, I've seen him play and his touches are good enough to assist the front man. The best signing i would hope that he is, is Kaboul. His defending is outstanding to me which Ramos don't see a point of it. Someday I hope Dawson will go to Pompy too~ Just disappointed Muntari chose to go to Inter Milan. He choose to end his career then. LOL..
Now to Tottenham Hotspurs:
Luka Modric (Dinamo Zagreb, £16.5m), Giovani dos Santos (Barcelona, £8.6m), Paul-Jose Mpoku (Standard Liege, undisclosed), Mirko Ranieri (Perugia, undisclosed), John Bostock (Crystal Palace, £700,000), Heurelho Gomes (PSV Eindhoven, £7.8m), David Bentley (Blackburn, initial £15m)
Looking at the signings given above, its scary enough. I think Tottenham have more depth and capability to make it happen this season as one of the top contenders for the title. If they are not able to make it top 4 this season and the Toons can, I have nothing to talk about but Tottenham please sack Ramos! If you guys search on youtube and seen what Dos Santos can do, it will terrify you if u are not a fan of the Spurs.
Lastly, Sunderland.
Teemu Tainio & Pascal Chimbonda (Tottenham, undisclosed), El-Hadji Diouf (Bolton, undisclosed), Steed Malbranque (Tottenham, undisclosed), Nick Colgan (Ipswich, free), David Meyler (Cork, undisclosed)
Roy Keane no doubt is aiming first half of the table placing. Signing of Tainio, Diouf and Malbranque, this already makes Sunderland more of a Portugese team. Hahaha. Placing Chimbonda into the team, many will think where he will be place, but dun be surprise if he is the center back. LOL... When heard Diouf was signed by Sunderland, i was thrilled with what Roy have in mind. Speculations (Clarence) said that Diouf maybe a bad signing. But look at what Diouf did in Bolton, to me, he is the key man in Bolton and soon he will be as in Sunderland.
Which are the teams with a no good to see this season to me?!
Newcastle, Aston Villa and West ham.
I have complete nothing to say about them. Except, do your best. I do not question Alan Curhishley, Leegan and Martin's capability to fight for the 1st half of the table placing. But just disappointed about their signings and giveaway players.
Which team i will most likely to support, hais... I don't support any team. LOL... But if guessing who will be the first 4. Sorry Frank~ but its my point of view for the upcoming season. LOL...
1) Chelsea FC
2) Manchester United
3) Tottenham Hotspurs
4) Porthsmouth
5) Liverpool FC
