Perfectionist, nah?

While watching tv, I've taken special noticed on companies that offers service. The smiles and the said to be good service they will give. i think me and my girlfriend gave up on those promises of every single company that we came across.

"Your feedback is very important to us; Your feedback will be useful for our growth." I had seen this and I guessed, typing that and putting it on the online form for the pleasure of sight.

Sent out a little feedback to some service that promised but, the reply from them really disappointed me.
