As a small employer of a company, or should I say as a Singaporean, performance in a company is important but somehow most came to think of image is more important. What do I mean by image.

Image is the way you present or project yourself as. For example, when you are asked to handle a project that need researched and you began to plan. But somehow some people will think of what will others think of me when I outshine them. Will they say I am showing off? Proud? This is what I meant by Image.

But this is not the important, as for me, I will plan out what is important, the objective and the job or my image?

Think positive, go out and ask around is not about your image, but it is one of the ways to help build up network for yourself. Once the objective of the job is done, boss is happy about your job, you keep your job, and colleagues will be thinking that you have done a great job, good work, carry on!

This is how you should think than thinking of people will be backstabbing you or whatsoever. Let me tell you, only God can judge you. Men do not judge men as they have no right. We are the same if you see it in God’s way as we are created by him. Even if you don’t it in his way, we all have the same features. Given a choice, which one do you wish to receive, God’s judgment or friend’s judgment?

I’ve chosen that I would mind God’s judgment on me than anyone. He who is my Father has all the right to judge me.
