Flashback January

Yesterday before I went out with my wife, I decided to go for a swim and main purpose is to sun-tan!!!! Felt really good after the sun-tanning session!

Worst thing that happen to me yesterday, some fatso masturbate beside me and follow me, luckily it's in the shopping centre... HAIS!!! FUCK!!!! I am so dead!! SO DISTURB AFTER WHOLE DAY DISTURBING MY WIFE WITH THE SONG "DISTURBIA". Damn!!! Guys, if you want to know where, it's at The Cathay!!!

Went for a run just now under the hot sun to have a preview of how a 32degree run will feel like, but the main aim is to figure out how tough it is to run a 100km in Sahara desert?? and it's like almost 50 degrees? Just my crazy test for myself and it really drains me under the hot sun in the open patch. No matter how much water you drink, it will definitely drain you like after running a good 5km? Then you will slow down and for the desert run, the sand will go into your foot and it will really hurt.. OUCH!!!

After that run, I took a walk back home, and came by this basketball court that I use to frequent during my school days. Playing basketball, girls sitting at the side. Lots o memory came back and it felt good to know I did those things too and not those "albino" who thinks exercising sucks more than playing video games at home. Bunch of losers!
